This three-story custom home was designed for a family on a small, narrow and irregular infill lot in East Austin. The compact site came with clear challenges — but also offered rare city views, which became central to the design. Key rooms and terraces were positioned to frame long-range views and bring natural light into the vertical layout.
Beyond spatial efficiency, the home was designed with long-term flexibility and accessibility in mind. Grounded in its vibrant urban setting yet elevated in every sense, this project shows what’s possible when spatial constraints are met with thoughtful design.
