This extensive renovation was designed for a family relocating to Austin, seeking to establish roots in a quiet, private neighborhood. The home was updated not just for lifestyle and comfort, but with deep attention to the family’s cultural values. Incorporating elements of Asian heritage and Feng Shui principles, the design blends traditional and modern influences.
A major focus was reworking the entry experience — creating a more prominent, welcoming front door. Throughout the house, we softened dated architectural gestures and introduced new materials and spatial clarity to support a more harmonious living environment.
